Hang gliding.
We have used tethered Hang gliding training for ever. It is a great technique in windy countries like the UK. It is great for training some basic aspects of Hang gliding. Airspeed and Drift correction Etc.
HG instructors are few. It is a long and treacherous path to become qualified with little monetary reward. Hang glider pilots do not purchase there flying equipment from BHPA schools. This makes earning a living from HG difficult.
I wonder if we could find a way that would benefit the spot and the people in it. So I have come up with the idea of a Tethering HG instructor rating and a Tethering helper rating.
Tethering is a relatively simple way to train and to keep the trainee safe. It would be made even simpler and safer with trained tether helpers.
How I see it working is any HG pilot could do a short Tethering course with someone qualified. Learning on the glider they intend to use and register for the tethered flying. Their Tethering helpers could also come along and get a rating. 
The Three-person unit could then go out and offer tethered training experience.
