Please see the following communication recieved today from Chanel 5 who will be filming using drones on our sites with approval from the Nation Trust. Pilots are advised to avoid the areas listed at while filming is in progress.

Channel 5 are currently in the process of filming the second series of ‘Britain by Bike’ fronted by George and Larry Lamb.

The crew will be filming in the Peak District from tomorrow and are planning to operate a drone in the Winnats Pass / Mam Tor region between the hours of 4:00pm and 6:00pm on Saturday 26th May.

They are also planning to operate a drone from land near Wetton Mill Farm on Sunday 27th May. Permission from National Trust has been obtained and they have advised that we inform the Derbyshire Soaring Club.
