SO
Wayne 13.30 Monday 21st September Bradwell Edge
Your poster about flying on Bradwell Edge contained some good advice.
It would appear and it is a shame that at least 9 of your member cannot read or have not read it and the air navigation orders or understand the meaning of the word Airmanship.
The conditions today are exactly what you poster refers to. Pilots from the Gliding club were forced to changed their circuit patterns, at least two went home without flying all l because those 9 paraglider pilots were soaring Bradwell Edge low down between the windsock and the trig point.
Decency prevents me from using the word I feel to describe how I feel about their actions. Simply a disgrace to all pilots.
I am sure later today they will be crowing on Face book about their adventures and DSC will claim they do not control Bradwell Edge. But you and your members know who they are. Please do something positive before there is another hang/paraglider accident in the Hope Valley. A number of your members use the gliding club facilities for their convenience, please understand if members of the gliding club start to object.
